New R&D Achievement: Fully Automatic Linerless Converting Line

In response to the growing linerless market, GPPE successfully developed its first fully automatic linerless converting line in December 2025. This line enables the fully automated processing—including slitting and packaging—of linerless labels. It accommodates master rolls with a maximum width of 1,100 mm and handles the entire workflow automatically—from master roll processing, slitting, and rewinding to core loading, shaft loading, tail labeling, conveying, arranging, and final packaging—without the need for manual intervention.
