Quality Control
How Every Part Is Checked
GPPE follows a documented incoming inspection procedure for machined and purchased parts.
- 01Drawings firstCustomer drawings and technical requirements are confirmed and signed before production.
- 02Calibrated toolsInspectors check drawings and requirements and calibrate measuring tools before inspection.
- 03Measured and recordedKey dimensions are measured repeatedly, results are recorded truthfully and signed by the inspector.
- 04Nonconforming parts isolatedOut-of-tolerance parts are labeled, isolated and sent for rework or scrap. They are never used.
- 05Qualified parts storedApproved parts are labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
