In 2024, GPPE supplied a Coreless Thermal Paper Roll Slitting & Packaging Line (model GP-FA1100-CORELESS) to a customer in Brazil.

How the Line Works

1. Coreless cash register paper printing

   Inline flexo printing on coreless cash register paper.

2. Slitting

   The servo-controlled slitter rewinder slits the jumbo roll into finished widths.

3. Rewinding

   Finished rolls are rewound by the servo-controlled slitter rewinder.

4. Core shaft conveying

   Core shafts are loaded automatically.

5. Roll separation and end flattening
6. Packaging

   Finished rolls are grouped and packed, ready for cartons.

Planning a Similar Line
