How the Line Works
- Printing
Inline flexo printing for preprinted rolls.
- Slitting
The servo-controlled slitter rewinder slits the jumbo roll into finished widths.
- Rewinding
Finished rolls are rewound by the servo-controlled slitter rewinder.
- Core conveying
Cores are loaded automatically.
- Core shaft conveying
Core shafts are loaded automatically.
- Roll separation and end flattening
- POF heat shrink packaging
Finished rolls are grouped and packed in POF shrink film, ready for cartons.
