In 2024, GPPE supplied a Thermal Paper Roll Slitting & Packaging Line (model GP-FA1100-CORELESS) to a customer in Argentina.

How the Line Works

1. Thermal cash register paper printing

   Inline flexo printing on thermal cash register paper.

2. Slitting

   The servo-controlled slitter rewinder slits the jumbo roll into finished widths.

3. Rewinding

   Finished rolls are rewound by the servo-controlled slitter rewinder.

4. Core conveying and core shaft conveying

   Cores and core shafts are loaded automatically.

5. Roll separation and end flattening
6. Packaging

   Finished rolls are grouped and packed, ready for cartons.
