The Turret Slitter/Rewinder is equipped with automatic core loading system, non-stop rewinding with printing, die cutting, Pile wastage collect, all in one line.

Turret rewinder can accommodate 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 3 inch quick-disassembling air expanding shafts for fast change-overs. The machine can automatically adjust when replacing different  sized shafts. which reduces labor costs, and achieves efficient production.

1、High efficiency, 15 seconds/cycle (25m rolls).

2、Cutting at the labels gap, accuracy +/-1mm, keeping each label perfect.

3、Label close roll tail, keep each label perfect.

4、Special glue design, ensure that the label end can easily be peeled off from core. Without glue leave on label.

5、Pile wastage collect design, no need stop for change wastage rolls.
