How We Pack Machines for Long-Distance Shipping
Every machine goes through the same packing steps before it leaves the factory, so it arrives ready for installation.
01Fixed to the baseEach machine is bolted onto a wooden base so it cannot shift during transport.
02Loose parts secured and labeledShafts, rollers and spare parts are fixed in place, wrapped and labeled by size.
03Sealed in barrier filmMachines are sealed in aluminum-foil barrier film against moisture on long sea voyages.
04Numbered wooden cratesPlywood crates carry crate numbers and handling marks, so every piece can be checked on arrival.
05Container loadingCrates are loaded by forklift and secured inside the container.
